Check out this PCOS FAQ it has a nice section that compares the standard low-carb diets and says which ones are appropriate for those trying to concieve. You might also consider checking into the glycemic index-it is what I use as a guideline-instead of limiting the numbers of carbs I eat, I try to eat the ones with the lowest glycemic index numbers. That way I don't have to worry about getting fiber and all the other nutrional benefits that only carbohydrates offer. Hope you find an approach that works for you.
