Hi,
I understand that you have been on dianette, did this make you more insulin
resistance, I read somewhere that it makes loosing weight more difficult.
Also did this pill help towards the facial hair. The hospital have
prescribed it to me but I am scared of taking it due to the side effects.
Also out of all the slimming clubs in the U.K. such as, slimming world,
weight wachers, rosemary conley, and slimming club which one would you say
is geared more towards low carb.
I 'm desparate to shed this 3 stones and am thinking of going on liquid
diet. any suggestions?
Love to hear from anyone who can help.
Love Kelly
