In 3-4 weeks I have lost 7 pounds, and I haven't missed a single thing that I love to eat. My favorite morning meal is canadian bacon (3 slices for 60 calories and very low fat) with lightly buttered toast (D'Italiano Light Italian for 40 cal per slice) and maybe some sugar free applesauce.
