Laura,

My doctor told me that blood sugar and insulin resistance are unrelated, so you may be insulin resistant and have perfect blood sugar levels (I am!). You need to have your insulin level tested if you haven't already. I'm having some luck with Sugar Busters, except for potatoes! I really miss them, and the holidays were tough due to the never-ending sweet supply. Good luck!
