Hi Jo-Nita: Thanks for the tips... the one about adding protein to all snacks is one that I had not thought of.. I am going to go about having 5 small meals a day and limit the carbs to 100 or less - this should be managable. I have tried several of the no/low carb diets but they are too restrictive for me and I can not stick to them. I am also going to eliminate the diet cokes and I just need to plan ahead and stick to it. What have you been doing for your breakfast meal? That really is my hardest meal because I usually have a muffin/bageal or nothing at all. Happy New Year!! Becky
