I agree with Jen. I don't eat meat, I pretty much avoid simple carbohydrates, white rice, white flour, sugar etc.. and the starchiest vegatables. I have not really limited my fruit consumption. I try to use the glycemic index as guide. The Soy Zone might be useful to you if you are not a meat enthusiast.
