I'm not sure what you have tried but there are a lot of options out there. Since you posted on the Diet Board, I will say that I think a lower carb diet can be helpful. Most important if you are trying to concieve is to find a good Reproductive Endcrinologist who is familiar with PCOS. You can post a request for one or I would suggest looking at the index of Dr's in Dr. Thatchers book'The Hidden Epidemic'. it also has a section on infertility you might find helpful. Good Luck
