At thanksgiving my sister-in-law made a great shrimp ball and gave the recipe. When I found out what was in it I was in 7th heaven :), great for low carbs and so yummy. Its one small pk of cream cheese about 4ozs, 1 can of small shrimps, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of crushed peanuts. I used a little more peanuts to taste but the carbs were only about 10 to 14 carbs Per Ball! It is so easy just mixed everything (if you use the unwhipped cream cheese , use a fork and whip it with the lemon juice first then add the shrimps, easier that way), then roll in nuts ,so fast and easy.Can use with vegs.and crackers , depending on many carbs you allow yourself. Also you might try other kinds of nuts if you don't like peanuts or for just a change. Enjoy!!
