Could you please tell me the low card diet you went on? I am trying to
do that and just bought the Atkins book and the Protein Power book. You
and I seem to be very similar in our circumstances and I really would
like to drop this weight. Please help. You can even email me
personally if that is easier. My email is wbraun@ebuilt.com. Please
respond, I am desperate to lose weight.
Thank you, Wendy
