Hi, I just wanted to warn you about the phentermine. I have had a
weight problem for along time due to the PCOS. This means that I was
eating well and excercising alot with no results. I started on the
phentermine and was on it about a year. During that time I lost a
little over 30 pounds and felt great. Then I went off it. When I did
that the weight came back like never before. And, no matter what I did
I could not stop gaining weight. I have finally stopped gaining but
only after I gained back the 30 and got 30 more. It sure was nice to
have lost the weight but I would never trade that comparativly brief
amount of time of being thin to the amount of weight that I gained. I
am now trying the low carb thing and am hoping that that will work.
We'll see.
