Hi Grace, What I have done is pick out a type of LEAN meat for every meal (pork, beef, fish, eggs) and 2 types of vegetables (spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, etc...), and then some cheese, bacon bits, beef jerky. I love deviled eggs as snacks, and you can have your ultimate omlette. There are some low carb recipe sites. Try avoiding the Atkins sites because they cost so much money. For breakfasts I liked making Protein Whey milk shakes. 1 or 2 cups of blended ice, 4 Tbls of Heavy Whipping Cream (0 carbs), and the protein Whey powder (.4 carbs/scoop). Pretty much it has 3 grams or less for the whole meal. Good luck, Heidi
