I am 23 years old and was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 20. Stangley enough, I got pregnent 1 month later and ended up having to have a DNC at 9 weeks. My doctor told me that everything stopped progressing at 5 weeks and that it was not a "viable" pregnency. Since then I am dealing with several other symptoms inlcuding being overweight. The only suggestion my doctor has is the birth control pill, which works to regulate my cycle. However the pill does nothing to help with the other symtoms. I just found this website and have found it very helpful, but I would like some more input on all of this. (Especially the diet.) If anyone has any more comments, suggestions, or a diet that has been succesfull, I would appreciate hearing from you. Thanks a bunch!
