I am also on metformin for 9 months and need a recommended diet list.
Could you please pass it onto me if you have received one? I have
experienced dieting accompanied with metformin intake is a must. If you
do no diet you only stop gaining weight (thanks to met) but do not start
losing. Appreciate your cooperation.
