Jane,
I too discovered this site today and am also searching for info re diet,
Sara Black (on the quilt) seems to know a lot so I've asked here to
e-mail me with advice. I'll forward anything I get onto you. I've also
joined the quilt, but I warn you, the story's rather a long one spanning
over 23 years.
