Hi Nik I took Meridia for a little over a month last year. It worked really well for reducing my appetitite, I wasn't nearly as hungry. Unfortunately after a month I had only lost 1 1/2 pounds and was starting to have some arrythmia problems so the Dr took me off it. I was really surprised I hadn't lost more weight, as I know I wasn't eating nearly as much.
