Hi Jamie

Re the dairy food thing - my dietician wants me to stay away from lots of dairy foods and meat because of the fat content. They are still really fixated on the fatút thing, even though a lot of research is not pointing in that direction now. She focuses on fat content, then fibre, and then G.I. (I am on a low GI rather than just low carb diet) to my mind the list should be reversed, so that is the way I do things!! I look at the GI, and then the fibre, and lastly the fat. Its working for me. Especially with Diabetic diets, they blame diabetes on weight, and they think just low fat diets will work.
