Hi Jessica,
I have just discovered this web site - I never knew PCOS was such an
extensive issue. I was diagnosed as having PCOS around a year and a
half ago, and am starting to see the weight gain now. Like Jen, I don't
need to lose alot of weight, but I am concerned about controlling it.
What was your diet plan? I too don't have time for weighing and
measuring my every mouthful, but would like to know what to avoid and
what to supplement it with. I am a 21 year old student in my final
year, which is stressful enough, so I really need something
straightforward. What was your approach?
Hope to hear from you
