Ham, eggs, bacon, sausage, meat, cheese, cottage cheese, peanut butter, omelette, scrambled eggs with cheese and veggies, poached egg,

Add small carb portion (20-30 carb grams): Apple, grapefruit, strawberries, raspberries, 1\2 & 1\2, orange, peaches, slice of whole grain bread, PLAIN yogurt (not non-fat), veggies, slow cooking oatmeal, Kashi cereal, sliced almonds, rice bran, cherries, 2% milk, grapes, cantaloupe,

Snacks:

Try to have a protein with any carb: Cheese, celery with peanut-butter, whole grain toast with peanut butter or cheese, meat and 5 crackers, Sliced meats, nuts, cheese and 1\2 apple, boiled eggs, deviled eggs, pork rinds, beef jerky, peanuts, pickles, olives, almonds, sliced meat with cheese, cream cheese, celery, sliced low-carb veggies with dip, tomato and cottage cheese

Just some ideas - I always eat a protien and then add a small portion of carb (try to stay with the lower GI index) Lisa Lost 44lbs since June, Met 1000mg daily
