Angie, It is so good to hear that someone else believes in lifting weights. I have always been told that I should not lift weights, due to my weight, rather I should only do aerobics. But I have noticed a big difference myself, since I began incorporating the two. I have only lost about six pounds, but friends and family are now noticing the inches. I agree, I don't care how much I weigh, as long as I am fit! KIT--Kimberly
