Angie,
It is so good to hear that someone else believes in lifting
weights. I have always been told that I should not lift weights, due to
my weight, rather I should only do aerobics. But I have noticed a big
difference myself, since I began incorporating the two. I have only
lost about six pounds, but friends and family are now noticing the
inches. I agree, I don't care how much I weigh, as long as I am fit!
