I am having a lot of problems finding recipes and foods that I can eat as most of the low carb diets are higher in fat and most of the low fat diets are higher in carbs. Can anyone suggest books or diets that are out there that they have found helpful. I have Insulin resistance and I am on no medication for it yet as I am trying to control it by diet.
