Hi Leslie,

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to send me just a detailed e-mail, which was much appreciated but I think something was missed down as you replied to the following:- >

I have started to go to step classes twice a week for the momment as I am studying for my exams, perhaps I can increase this once they are over.

As from the discussion board you will see that I have entered a bit of a competion with the others at work, I hope this will keep me motivated.

I still have problems with the cravings, do you have any suggestions. I have such a sweet tooth which probably explains all the fillings I have.

I have also ordered the book you recommended "syndrome X" which is on it's way.

How are you getting on?

Love to hear from you soon.

Lots of Love Kelly Lall
