Hi Jamie,

Thank you for your good luck reply. Lately I have needed something to motivate me as I find the dieting lark a bit of a drag.

Today the three of us at work have decided to go on a diet, each week we put a pound into a kitty and the one who looses the most weight by xmas gets to keep the money.

I came home feeling all enthusiastic and ate all the right foods, but the evening is always the let down. Because I know that I am dieting you automatically think that you are hungry so I have just had some fruit cocktail in syrup. (naughty naughty! I know)

Never mind today was the first day, tommorow's a new day.

I wish I could wake up tommorow morning 30lbs lighter.

Could you tell me what diet you are following and what keeps you motivated.

I go through a few good days but then have this binge which sets me right back.

I'm not really meat eater so this high protein diets put me off.

I've started seeing a homoeopathy, I'm hoping she will beable to do something about the cravings. I always seem to get them in the late afternoon and of an evening. Any suggestions.

I forgot to ask where are you based, I'm from Birmingham in the U.K.

Anyway I had better go to bed but look forward to hearing from you soon.
