Hey, Jessica..thanks for replying..is there some documentation out there for the 40-30-30 diet? i'm single and eat out a lot!! so, it's hard to measure and i don't like to cook for one..i'd like to start some sort of system where i premake a bunch of lunches or dinners and stick them in my freezer and then add a salad and fruit to them or someething..

I've had pcos since i was a teenager, and i've never been too concerned about it, however, i recently went on glucophage as my doctor would like me to become regular without the aid of "the pill"..one of the things the doctor told me is that i need to be concerned about pregnancy while on glucophage as my body may start to cycle on its own again..it was nice to hear, even though i'm not ready to have children yet (need the hubby first), it calmed my fears of maybe never being able to conceive..so HANG in there, as i'm sure things will work out fine for you..sounds like you are on the right track!! GOOD LUCK!!
