Hi Jamie,

Thanks for your e-mail, I know what you say makes alot of sense but it'' making that intial change. I feel exactly like you did with all that tiredness. I sort of know what I got to do but it's putting it altogether and then going for it. I'm looking for a constant motivater so I guess it would be good idea to keep in touch with you guys as I know all the advise that has been sent is from personal experience and very inspiring.

I will keep in touch and let you know how I am getting on.
