My endo. highly recommended this diet as well. I decided to ignore him and do low carb instead (because it looked easier). I have only lost 7 pounds in over 4 months doing low carb and I am now thinking of doing the syndrome x diet. It takes some preparation but I think it is the healthiest way to go
