Hi Kelly,

I agree with Leslie's advice. I also use the Zone and if you can really, really stick with it for 1 week it will help get you to the point where you feel tremendously better. If you don't already have it, go get "A Week in the Zone" and follow it to the letter. It is designed to help you go through that first week and when you see how much better you feel, you will have the strength and determination to go forward. It is so difficult to try something new when you feel sick and depressed, but the effort is well worth it. I was incredibly sick when my doctor told me to use the Zone and I haven't felt this good in 20 years. Look at it like this...you have been posioning your body for years and it takes a while to clean out the poison. Another key is to drink water until it's coming out your ears! This will help to clean out your vital organs. You can do it! Don't give up before you have had a chance to feel better. If you don't do anything but give up bread, pasta, and potatoes, you will see a difference. Just make sure that you get enough food. I have yet to be hungry since using the Zone.

Write me if you have any other questions or you just need a push!
