I am 26 yrs. old with PCOS, too. I was just diagnosed 6 wks. ago and have already lost 16 lbs., and I have dieted before with no success. This time, though, this PCOS stands between me and my husband having a baby, so I am not messing around anymore. I went on the 40-30-30, as my gynecologist suggested, and you get a lot of food! The pounds just started dropping off. Good luck to you! -Jessica
