Hi, Jen. I'm new to this, too. My husband and I are just beginning to try to conceive, and we now find ourselves facing this PCOS, which I never even knew about. We are 26 and 28, so all of our friens have babies and it is painful to see. Anyway, I just wanted to give you some history on me. I do the 40-30-30 diet, which is based on the Zone, but is a shorter version. I have the Zone also, so I know what you mean when you say it's tough. My thing is that I don't like long preparation time. When it's time to eat, I want to eat, not weigh my meat and measure my cottage cheese! But, I have lost 16 lbs., now everyone says I'm too skinny, but I'm fine. Another 5 would actually be nice. I wish you luck and much success. If you have any good news or motivation, please send it, because I feel discouraged at this point. Thanks!
