I have just been diagnosed with PCOS and am still trying to understand it all. It has been 6 weeks and I have been on the 40-30-30 diet, which is a shorter version of The Zone, which I have tried before. I am not overweight, but could stand to lose anyway. Since doing the 40-30-30 I have lost 16 lbs., and countless inches. My dresses and pants are too big and my scale keeps creeping down. I don't like my meal plans, although there is alot to eat, glucophage makes me nauseous. I wish you success in your endeavors!
