for your advice, but how do I find out if I'm insulin resistant. could this be why i'm struggling with weight loss? before i was told by the doctor I could have pcos i was on a high carbohydrate diet which had previously help me lose 84 pounds, but for some reason now does not work obviously because of the pcos,I am trying a low carb diet but things aren't moving, any advice?
