I second Celeste's recommendation about drinking lots of water! There are several good reasons why, especially when low-carbing - in particular, drinking enough water (recommended 64 oz. per day + 8 oz. for each 25 lbs. you need to lose - I know it seems like a lot, but it becomes easier pretty quickly) is supposed to help flush your system, which is important when you're eating a lot of carbs. Also, water makes you feel fuller so you're not as apt to indulge between meals. Finally, drinking more water helps with flushing retained water (apparently your body hoards water in the tissues when you're not drinking enough - much as your metabolism slows down when you're at starvation level of calorie intake.
