Just wondering if anyone has been able to eat whole grains and low carb fruits while following a low carb plan? I tried the protein power plan last year but had problems with constipation. I would like to know if anyone has cutomized their diet so that it included whole grains and the lowcarb fruits (berries, etc). If so how much did you allow each day? Was it successful? I am trying to customize my diet - so that it is something I can follow for life. I am on 500 mg of Met so far and am trying to tweek my program. Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks, Kim M.
