I am currently reading this book and know several people who are using
it and they are seeing great improvement in their physical well being. I
am working on implamenting it into my life and am recommending it to my
Dr and my Dietician :o) Too bad my insurence wont cover going to her- I
am also in So Cal and it would not take long to go up to Santa Barbara.
