Hi Katie, Some friends told me about Schwarzbein when i mentioned to them that I was trying to get my Dr to let me take Met. After reading it I dont want Met! If you haven,t checked out Schwarzbein you can read the preface to her book online by doing a search for 'Schwarzbein Principle' and go to the one that says preface. I am currently working on implamenting her principles into my life and am recommending this book to my Dr and my dietician :o)

Hope
