TunaFrom: Diane (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 19 Sep 2000 11:34:00 -0500 (CDT)
Just thought I would point out a thing about tuna in stores. It you don't like tuna or have trouble eating it or digestion problems, it might the stuff they sell in the reg stores these days. Could not understand why it tasted so weird or smell funny. The tuna in those stores are not just tuna and water or oil like the old days but with broth and somekind of protein stuff (maybe soy). I buy only the tuna in the health food store or in the health food section of the reg. stores, and the tuna is just tuna and water. You can get it with or without salt, important if you are watching your salt intake. I can eat it with no troubles and it taste's great :). The carbs are 0 and great to use in a low carb diet.
