Hi Sara, I have PCOS have been struggling with my weight, if I don't
exercise I gain weight. My dr put me on the wonder drug Xenical, which
did nothing for me, although my friend has lost 10kilos in 3 months. I'm
depressed. I wonder if you can email a copy of the diet your dr put you
on. I would really appreciate it.

>Hi Sara, I would also like to congratulate you on your weight loss. I am 27 and was diagnosed when I was 20 also, it took me a while to figure out what was wrong, I had to go to several different doctors. I have been looking for a diet to follow and was wondering if you could also mail me the diet sheet, I would be ever so grateful. I have tried different diets and always seem to fail at them. So please help! Thanks Carrie
