I will know in a week or so..but until then, my doctor told me to do the sugar buster diet. I have done the atkins diet and it gave me a horrible headaches. Will this do the same??? I have had sugar problems in the past and I guess that's why I got the headaches. If any one has any information on this, or can help give me any more information, it would be greatly appreciated. I need all the help I can get....have tried everything...all diets...all pills....over 1 hour a day at the gym -5-6 days a week...and still 50lbs over weight.
