Somers books" I'm 7 months pregnant and constipated for 3 days. As a result of that I was admitted to the labour ward due to the swell in my anus. After the examination, using a speculam, the doctor confirmed that there's no sign of vaginal bleeding or discharge. Pls advise are there various speculam sizes available or does all speculam comes in one std sizes.
