You have done a wonderful job...I hope that more women can come to learn to explore a bit with the different low carb, or other types of diets and see what they can come up with. I myself am following Sugar Busters, but I am not restricting myself to lean meats all the time, that is too hard for me to do. So far I have lost 15 lbs, I hope to God, I can keep on trucking.
