My all time fave sweet treats so far, are sugar free jello with cool whip 0 carbs total and sugar free chocolate pudding (or flavor of your choice) made with heavy whipping cream - it is actually the consistency of a mousse and there are 0 to 4 carbs depending on the flavor of pudding, and sometimes I will even add cool whip to that - once again cool whip is carb free :) At Mon, 14 Aug 2000, anonymous wrote: >
