Another good snacking idea is to put slices of cheese on parchment
paper, turn your broiler on and broil the cheese until it is golden in
color. Let cool. They get really salty tasting and almost taste like
cheese crackers. They have saved me. Also, look for website with
low-carb receipes. you should be able to find low-carb snacks on those.
I've found some good cheese cake receipes.
