Angela,
I have about 30-35. I have noticed over the last three years that this
PCOS has really been bad for me...that my muscle mass ( I used to be
quite buff) has diminished and cellulite is popping up everywere. So
what I have exchanged for fat used to be muscle...I have a net loss of
30-35 now. No matter how much or how little you have...it sure is tough
for us!
I found the Schwarzbein book while at the bookstore looking for the
Suzanne Somers book. Seems easy to follow and has a companion cookbook.
Good luck!!! Jaemie
