Hi All! Glad to find this forum with so much good information. Thought I would add one little tidbit. A good substitute for peanut butter is almond butter. We have a grocery store that has the grind your own peanut butter & they also put in a grind your own almond butter. It is lower in carbs & sugars & has more benefits than peanut butter, plus it is super yummie! My daughter & I think it tastes like Nutela if you've ever had that. There is nothing added, it's just plain old almond butter, but it has a nice sweetness to it.

Hope you can find some,
