I did the Weigh Down Workshop before I knew about Insulin Resistance so I thought about eating only carbs when I was hungry would help but of course when you have PCOS/Insulin resistance that won't help you at all! I think she has some good points but if you have IR I don't know how effective the program would be if you didn't also incorporate a lower carb way of eating. I used to be hungry all the time when all I ate was carbs. It was a horrible life. Now I'm doing the Zone and feel wonderful! THANK GOD :)
