I am reading this book, and WOW. It really speaks to me. I am off of Metformin right now, but I am considering going back on at a lower dose (side effects too difficult at 2550mg/day). I am going to finish this book, and give it a try. Just wanted to know if anyone else has tried, and were you successful. Let me know!
