Hi, I am trying to follow the Carb Add Dieat and eat my carbs during one hour once a day. The best time for me is at lunch to have my reward meal. The only problem is not having milk for breakfast. I am addicted to milk in the morning. Tea, diet soda, water just don't do it for me. Does anyone have a suggestion for a thick bodied drink without the carbs in the morning. The labels of soy milk seem to have too many carbs. I had noticed somewhere that someone mentioned sugar free hot chocolate but maybe I am just dreaming!!!:) Thank you - Carrie
