The Soy Zone is the only low carb veg. diet I am aware of, also. I am a pretty recent low carber but I am ovo-lacto and eat seafood, so I don't have too hard a time. I don't follow any specific diet. Instead ,I try to use the glycemic index as a guideline. I try and make choices in the lower end of the spectrum. It is pretty easy so far for me to avoid the obvious high carb items-sugar,white flour, pasta, potaoes etc..I just substitute more whole grain items. I still eat beans -but with brown basmati rice, which has the lowest index #.
