You might look into the Zone diet, they have one for vegetarian. It is more a balance then only a low carb diet, but you could work with it to lower the carb a bit more if needed. You could start with http://www.zonediet.com/ and look to see if this would be for you. Am trying it a bit, have not done it all the way yet, but using parts of it to do a better balance diet and it seem to be working, feeling better and so it my son. Never knew I was eating so many carbs LOL. Well good luck :)
