Hi, I ahve recently be told I ahve PCOS, and am unable to take any kind of medication, to help ease the pain and the suffering of PCOS, due to another illness I had two years ago. I am early 20's and need some advise on diest I ahve been to see a dietitian at the Hospital, but find it hard to cut out all white bread and sweets etc. Has any one got any meal palns or weekly diet plans that help them, as I would love to look at them to give me ideas.
