Hi I have been finding it really hard to loose wieght despite various diets etc and consuming 1500mg of glucophage a day and have recently come across the ZONE ...it sounds so promising . Has it worked for any of you? If not .can anyone recommend a diet to try..i am not looking for a quick hard fix but a change of life .where hopefully i can come off the pills and control my hormone and insulin levels. Thanks all in advance for any advice that anyone gives:) Marie
